Lithomer grades function as advanced white opacity pigments and partial TiO₂ replacement solutions in plastics applications. They improve opacity, brightness, whiteness, dispersion, and processing efficiency while enhancing mechanical properties such as impact strength and elongation. These grades also provide excellent resistance to yellowing during high-temperature polymer processing, making them ideal for white masterbatches, films, and engineering plastics.

Lithomer grades are produced with controlled submicron particle size distribution for superior optical performance and dispersion. Typical particle sizes include Lithomer TOX with D50 around 0.82 µm, Lithomer PLAST R around 0.85 µm, Lithomer EX around 1.02 µm, and LC Pigment 80 T around 0.59 µm. These fine particle sizes ensure high scattering efficiency, opacity, and smooth processing in polymer systems.

Lithomer grades improve the optical and processing performance of white masterbatches by partially replacing Titanium Dioxide while maintaining excellent opacity, whiteness, and brightness. Their superior dispersion and scattering properties enhance filter pressure value (FPV), improve film appearance, and optimize formulation cost. They also improve elongation in PE films and increase impact strength in thermoplastics such as PP and ABS.

Lithomer grades are suitable for white masterbatches, PE and PP films, multilayer and monolayer packaging films, fibers, yarns, injection molded products, engineering plastic compounds, PVC pipes and profiles, thermoplastic and thermoset applications, automotive plastic components, and polymer color concentrates.

Lithomer grades offer partial TiO₂ replacement with cost savings, superior opacity and brightness, excellent dispersibility, improved mechanical properties, better thermo-mechanical performance, resistance to yellowing, enhanced processing efficiency, improved FPV performance, and excellent optical consistency.
