Innovation is the foundation of 20 Microns. Our DSIR-recognized Central Research & Development Centre at Waghodia, Vadodara, together with two advanced Application Development Centres, is dedicated to developing next-generation mineral technologies and customer-centric formulation solutions.
Backed by a multidisciplinary team of 35+ scientists, chemists, and application experts, we work closely with customers across Paints & Coatings, Plastics, Rubber, Ceramics, Construction Chemicals, Adhesives & Sealants, Agriculture, Paper, Textiles, and other industries to optimize formulations, enhance product performance, and reduce overall costs.
Our R&D infrastructure includes pilot-scale wet & dry processing, calcination facilities, advanced analytical laboratories, and a dedicated Microbiological Laboratory, enabling rapid product development, validation, and commercialization. We continuously upgrade our testing capabilities to meet evolving customer requirements and global quality standards.
