Semi Reinforcing Fillers

Vapourlink T & SR Filler T function as advanced surface-modified reinforcing fillers that enhance reinforcement, wet grip, wear resistance, curing efficiency, process safety, dynamic performance, and overall tyre durability in high-performance rubber applications.

Vapourlink T is available in nano particle size range with d50 of approximately 100–200 nanometers.

SR Filler grades are engineered amorphous silica products with controlled fine particle morphology and high surface area for excellent dispersion in rubber compounds.

Tyres, tubes, inner liners, hoses, conveyor belts, V-belts, automotive profiles, rollers, silicone rubber products, pharma closures, wire & cable compounds, molded rubber goods, sports bladders, and thermoplastic compounds can effectively use these products.
